the cook lentil salad
red and yellow peppers, seedless cucumber, grape tomatoes, and feta cheese
the cook kamut salad
roasted crimini mushrooms, caramelized onions and roasted garlic
the cook quinoa salad
baby golden beets, orange & red bell peppers with baby zucchini
the cook wheatberry salad
plums, peaches, dried cranberries and scallions
the cook bulgar pilaf salad
with chick peas,  herbs, spices and topped with greek yogurt
the cook ratatouille
(offered mid-august to mid-september only)
capturing the last of the summer harvest vegetables, sautéed or grilled, and brought together with a garlic basil tomato sauce
